Room Rental Fee:

$50.00 per hour. Includes the cost of hire for bartender/bartenders (tip not included).

Bar Options:

• Cash-Bar :
  Guests of host/hostess pay for drinks at the bar.
  
  
• Beer, Wine, Soda :
  Liquor would be paid for by guests at the bar. The bartender runs a tab for beer, wine and soda (glass, bottle, pitcher). The final bill is presented to the host/hostess at the end of the event.
  
  
• Open Bar :
  Everything ordered at the bar by guests is presented to the host/hostess on the final bill.
  
  

Catering:

None done on premises. Recommendations can be made.

Room Occupancy:

Upstairs at Tierney's currently seats 55-60. If additional tables & chairs are bought in, the room can seat up to 100. The room allows for 135 standing room only with no tables or chairs in the room.

In House Entertainment:

When there is a band performing after the party, guests are welcome to stay for the band free of cover charge. Entertainment can also be booked for your party through a list of house bands, DJ, jukebox, or 5 disc CD changer. There is also a big screen TV.

Clean up procedures will occur during and after the party by the staff.
